Installation

We believe it is best to use a trained Professional Dealer to assure the highest quality finished product.

Our grasses are manufactured in rolls 15 feet wide and are supplied in lengths to suit your requirements. It is necessary therefore to carefully work out the lengths and widths required to minimise wastage.

Installation Process

• Area needs to be brought down 2’’-3’’ below concrete, or walkway level, depending on existing condition.

• Crew will build up 2’’- 2 ½’’ with 3/8’’ screened decomposed granite, or 1’’ rock (Decomposed Granite does not hold nutrients, for weeds to germinate)

• The area would be plate compacted, or water rolled depending on the size of the area.

• Appropriate cuts would be made on grass.

• The turf then would be seamed, & sod staked down. 6''-12'' Sod stakes

• 12’’Seaming cloth used with indoor/outdoor adhesive

• The entire area would then be drop spreaded with silica sand. Normally 1-2 pounds per foot.

• Top dressing would then be broomed with stiff bristled push broom as last application.

• Drainage holes: ½’’ Every 3-4 inches

Drainage: 15-20 gallons of water per square yard per hour.15 gallons (in-filled products)/ 20 gallons (non-infill products).
